Send the brief
One email: what you sell or what the agent must do, who it serves, and which tools or accounts already exist. Ten minutes of your time is normally enough.
Written quote
Scope, price, delivery date, and what is deliberately not included. You approve it in writing before anything starts. No retainer, no meter.
Build
You get a private link to watch it come together and a short numbered list of anything I need from you. Revisions run inside the round included in your tier.
Handover
Walkthrough, then every login, file, key and account is transferred. The agent runs on infrastructure you control, so nothing stops working if you stop working with me.
Questions worth asking before you pay
How do I pay, and when?
By invoice. Bank transfer or UPI in India; Interac or bank transfer in Canada. Half up front and half on handover for larger builds, full amount up front for setup jobs under ₹15,000. You get a proper invoice showing the agreed scope.
What do you need from me to start?
Your brief, and access to the accounts the agent must touch. If you have no domain, mail or server yet, the Launch Kit covers that first. Nothing else is required — no meeting, no contract beyond the written scope.
Who owns the agent when it is finished?
You do. Source code, prompts, credentials, hosting accounts and data all transfer at handover. The only restriction is that you may not resell the build templates themselves as your own product.
What are the running costs after handover?
Your own infrastructure and model usage, usually a small VPS plus whatever your model provider bills. Typical setups land between $20 and $120 a month depending on volume. The expected figure is stated in the quote, so there is no surprise later.
Do you keep access to my systems afterwards?
Only if you ask for a care plan. Otherwise every credential is rotated or transferred at handover and my access ends. If you want proof of that, I will hand over with a written access list.
What if the agent does not work reliably?
Then it has not met the written scope, and it is fixed within the agreed revision round at no charge. If it genuinely cannot be made reliable, I will say so before the build rather than ship something that fails quietly in production.
Why are your prices so far below the market?
Because the cost base is different, not because the work is. No office, no account managers, no per-seat platform subscriptions. What you are buying is the same engineering, priced without the overhead.
Do you work with clients outside India and Canada?
Yes, remotely and in English. Work is managed to a delivery date rather than office hours, so time zones are handled by the calendar instead of meetings.
Can you take over something a previous developer left half-finished?
Usually yes, and it is quoted the same way — a written scope after I have looked at what exists. If the existing work should be thrown away, I will say that instead of billing around it.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Agent builds and setup services are one-off jobs. The care plan is monthly and cancellable. The domain, server and accounts are in your name from the day they are created.
